US Legal Support Appoints Veteran Court Reporter As New Senior Vice President Of Court Reporter Relations To Provide World-Class Experience For Court Reporters And Clients

Levy, RPR, FPR, to their leadership team as the new Senior Vice President of Court Reporters Relations. A second generation court reporter with over 25 years of industry experience, Rick will lead the team of court reporters with a focus on recruiting, training and enhancing the overall court reporter experience, while continuing to promote and support the national community of professional stenographers. .

A pillar of the court reporting community, Rick has worked as a real-time reporter since 1997. He opened his own firm, Network Reporting, in 2003 before merging with First Choice Reporting in 2014. After leading the South florida market, he joined US Legal Support in 2019 where he most recently served as Regional Director of Client Relations while continuing to report on complex litigation. Rick has been instrumental in advancing the court reporting industry, growing our court reporter and client base, and leading strategic acquisitions.

An active member of the court reporting community, Rick has held a variety of leadership positions, including President of the Florida Court Reporters Association (FCRA), member of the Board of Directors of the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) and current member of the Advisory Board of ProjectSteno. Rick is also a member of the student advisory council of his court reporting alma mater, Atlantic Tech (ATC). He has always stayed connected to the community, frequently attending industry events including the NCRA Annual Conference, STAR Conference and Florida associative events.

Passionate about the court reporting industry, Rick has enjoyed participating in the litigation process as well as helping recruit, educate and train the next generation of professional reporters. He understands the needs and challenges faced by court reporters and, in his new role, will work tirelessly to provide a world-class experience for court reporters and help them do their jobs to the best of their ability.
